Venue/Vendor Research & Recommendations
Initial meeting with couple to go over vision, wants/needs from a venue/vendor, and budget for wedding. We would research the vendors in the Brandon and surrounding areas that fit your needs and attend up to 3 venue tours and provide up to 5 vendor recommendations per category to be booked. This would be billed hourly at $90.00/hour and payment required before recommendations are presented.
Set up of Ceremony and Reception Décor
We would have an initial planning meeting (virtual or in person) to go over your décor vision. Then wedding week we would attend a site visit with you and go over location of events and final décor ideas. We would arrive when you get access to the venue or at time determined by the couple (depending on location and time of ceremony/ reception) and billed at $100/hour. This can be added to either service or booked on its own. You do not have to book any service to book our set up service. Mileage charges extra if outside of Brandon, Manitoba.
This add on is only available to be booked on its own within 100 km of Brandon, Manitoba.
If not within 100 km of Brandon, Manitoba, we will do set up if one of our packages is booked.
Ceremony and Reception Décor Tear Down
We would arrive between 10:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and start taking décor down at the ceremony site, taking décor off the guest tables, head table, and welcome table (if applicable) and placing it into the designated boxes for couple/designated persons to load up when venue closes down.
We would also do a clean-up of empty cups, cans, and bottles off the tables, and empty the garbage containers (depending on venue requirements). We would bill this at an hourly rate of $150/hour. This can be added to either service or booked on its own. You do not have to book a previous service to book our tear down service. Mileage charges extra if outside of Brandon, Manitoba.

Designed by a wedding planner and coordinator, you know that all your key details won’t be missed. These custom wedding planning binders are available in black or white and the tabs can be numbered or written out. The binder includes a custom cover by Lettering by Lars, and includes 12 section tabs (Planning Calendars, Checklists, Budget Tracker, Vendors and Contracts, Bridal Party, Attire, Guest List, Rehearsal, Ceremony, Reception, Stationery, and Misc.).
Each binder is customized to the couples’ theme (to the best of our abilities).
We have also created and added elements to help couples create their seating chart, rehearsals, and the day-of wedding timeline and more!
